At Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe (HCEE), we deal with the sales, marketing and service of Construction Equipment and Material Handling equipment in Europe.

We have over 100 dealers in 30 countries in Europe, selling our world class equipment and parts to clients.

In our headquarters we strive to offer an excellent service to all stakeholders and to do so, we are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues to join our team.

What can you expect from this challenging job?

In this position you will support the Hyundai European MH dealer network as next: 

 

  • You train technicians from the dealer network in several languages (English, French, German) 
  • You investigate into technical functions of machines and integrate them into training guides (handbooks) and presentation material.
  • You organize technical training sessions from A to Z in our Belgium (Tessenderlo) based academy or abroad at dealer’s premises
  • You communicate closely with our European aftersales staff on technical matters as well as on dealer specific matters
  • You organise internal trainings for After Sales and Product Support Staff
  • You communicate closely with our headquarters in Korea
  • You develop and design new innovative training tools (E-learning, multimedia)
  • You follow up training quality and improve where necessary
  • You check and report operator and service manual imperfections to HQ
  • You follow up on technical information for new developed machines and necessary tools
Are you the new colleague we are looking for?
  • You have a technical bachelor or master degree combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
  • You have a good background in electronics, hydraulics, mechanics, engines, powerlines (transmissions drive and steering axles, etc.…).
  • You have experience in presenting technical material, you have excellent pedagogical skills and you get energy from training people
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You speak fluent French, English and German
  • You have a hands-on mentality.
  • You are willing to travel to your dealer network within Europe.
