At HD Construction Equipment Hyundai Europe NV we focus on the sales, marketing and after-sales service of Construction Equipment (excavators and wheel loaders) and Material Handling Equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.) in Europe.

Are you a Technical Trainer, Service Engineer/Technician or Service Manager from Construction Equipment, Agricultural Sector, Materials Handling, Marine, Heavy/Light Goods Vehicle or Motor Vehicle sectors who is looking for the next step in your career?
We are looking for a motivated Technical Trainer to join the Aftermarket and Product Support department and support the Construction Equipment Dealer network.
What can you expect from this interesting and rewarding job?
You will be responsible to train technicians from our European dealer network which is a pivotal role within our organisation. We are globally renowned for our Technical Training and Training material so you will be a part of this exciting and rewarding team. You investigate technical functions of machines and integrate them into training guides (handbooks) and presentation material.
You organize technical training sessions in cooperation with the training team, mainly in our state of the art Belgian based academy (Tessenderlo-Ham) or abroad at dealer’s premises on an Ad hoc basis.
You communicate closely with our European aftersales staff on technical matters as well as on dealer specific matters.
You organize internal trainings for Aftermarket and Product Support staff.
You communicate closely with training partners in South-Korea.
You develop and design new innovative training tools (E-learning, multimedia).
You follow up training quality and improve where necessary.
You follow up on technical information for newly developed machines and necessary tools.
Are you the new colleague we are looking for?
You have a technical background through experience or education, combined with a first experience in a related industry.
You have a good background in some or all of the following areas: electronics, hydraulics, mechanics, engines, powerlines.
It would be desirable if you have experience in presenting technical material, you have pedagogical skills and you get energy from sharing knowledge and training people.
You have excellent interpersonal skills.
You speak fluent English along with French and/or German, however Language training will be available if required to support you in the role and broaden your skills
You have a hands-on mentality.
You are willing to travel to your dealer network within Europe, if required.
