At HD Construction Equipment Hyundai Europe NV we focus on the sales, marketing and after-sales service of Construction Equipment (excavators and wheel loaders) and Material Handling Equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.) in Europe.
We have more than 100 dealers in 30 countries in Europe, selling our world-class machines and parts to their customers.

To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Financial Controller who combines analytical expertise with a hands-on approach to financial management and reporting. In this key role, you will support business performance, ensure high-quality financial insights, and actively contribute to both operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
What can you expect from this challenging job?
You will play a key role in strengthening financial and operational decision-making by turning data into clear insights, actions and improvement initiatives.
Set up budgeting and forecasting processes and actively monitor performance against plans.
Monitor and analyse margins, cost structures and profitability.
Support sales and operations with well-founded analyses and recommendations.
Further develop management reporting and continuously optimize it.
Track KPIs, analyse performance and translate the results into actionable insights.
Identify deviations and translate them into concrete actions and improvement initiatives.
Bring structure to data and reporting and help improve internal processes.
Work closely with the Accounting Manager on cost control, data quality and optimization opportunities.
Go beyond traditional financial controlling by helping management make better operational and commercial decisions.
Are you the colleague we’re looking for?
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data.
Solid understanding of financial controlling and reporting processes
Experience with SAP; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Palantir) is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, business-oriented approach
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
A pragmatic, hands-on approach.

A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative without waiting for issues to come to you.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
