We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to strengthen our Aftermarket team. In this role, you will help transform data into actionable insights that support business performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across our aftermarket activities.
Whether you are a recent graduate or have already gained some experience, we offer the opportunity to develop your analytical skills in an international and dynamic environment.
As a Data Analyst within the Aftermarket department, you will collect, analyze, and visualize data related to spare parts sales, inventory, service performance, and business operations. Your insights will help stakeholders identify opportunities, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Collect, cleanse, and analyze data from various aftermarket systems and data sources.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within sales, inventory, service, and operational data.
Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights.
Support data-driven decision-making across the Aftermarket organization.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Monitor and report on key business KPIs.
Create impactful visualizations that help stakeholders quickly understand business performance.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports.
Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality.
Help automate recurring reports and analytical processes.
Contribute to the development of standardized reporting frameworks and KPI structures.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through data and analytics.
Work closely with colleagues from Aftermarket, Parts Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable way.
Support strategic and operational projects with data analysis and performance tracking.
You have a strong interest in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
You have knowledge of Power BI and data visualization principles.
You are comfortable working with Excel and large datasets.
Experience as a Data Analyst is a plus, but not required.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy solving problems using data.
You are eager to learn and continuously develop your technical skills.
You can translate business needs into meaningful reports and insights.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
You are fluent in English.
Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
Interest in aftermarket, spare parts, service operations, or supply chain processes.
Experience gained through internships, academic projects, or personal projects involving dashboarding and analytics.
